Membership Information
Levels of Involvement
Individuals and Agencies may become part of GCSAC at one of the following levels:
Aware: Agencies / members would like to be aware or informed of GCSAC business and events.
Participative: Agencies / members would like to participate with other GCSAC agencies in the general business of the coalition. This business includes information sharing, strategic planning, and the promotion of coalition events. Frequently, participative members will act in the implementation of specific strategies in their area of expertise.
Involved: Agencies / Individuals would like to be engaged in the collaborative process of GCSAC. This includes a commitment to the attend and participate in the meetings of the coordinating body, as well as support the development and implementation of the strategic plan
Approved GCSAC Bylaws indicate that Involved members commit to 75% of the monthly meetings and Participative members commit to at least 25%. An alternate representative by attend in your absence. Awareness members have no meeting requirement, but are encouraged to attend. GCSAC meetings are held the second Monday of the month.
