Family Expo
At the Youth for Christ center on January 29th Child Advocacy held their very first family expo! Although the driving conditions were not terrific, our turn out sure was! Approximately 400 people showed up to participate in learning more about out county, food, fun, and games. Below are some recently posted pictures so we can share how much of a success it was with everyone!
Root Beer Float Tent event
In August, the Coalition hosted a Root Beer Float Tent as part of the Back to School event. The coalition served over 250 floats, collected over 30 parent surveys for PWH, and helped raise awareness of substance abuse prevention efforts in the county! We had a fun time doing it too.
Special thanks to the Department of Human Services, EightCAP, Inc., and the Alma Lions Club for helping make the day the Back to School event such a big success. Below are some pictures which I hope you will enjoy.
